The CapForce EC app is owned and operated by CapForce International Holdings Ltd (company no. LL20994), incorporated in Labuan, Malaysia. Trades are executed, and securities held in custody, through uSMART Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Client terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
